      Uncapped commission Amazing environment Fantastic co-workers and management It's like one big family Lots of support Organizational skills are great Training is great You get to work with customers from all walks of life, and usually, they walk out having a better day then when they walked in Plenty of opportunities to grow

      Cons

      Need more phones Fraud management could use work A but more support from the carriers, but that's not T-ROC's fault
