Pros

Alright hrly pay and hours are normal retail hours

Cons

They want you to switch people over from prepaid to postpaid (contract) phones. If you live in a small town it can be difficult because not many people want to pay $100+ a month for a phone. They keep saying they will be puttinf someone else with you but never do. They will leave stores with only one person employeed for that store. A lot of times you get mistaken as a Wal-Mart employee. Just less hourly pay. You dont get an actual full 40 hours and they DO NOT pay over time.
