Pros
It is a great place to grow a career for all positions. The people who work here all love what they do, have fun while doing it, and are willing to help anyone to reach their goals. There are always collaborations between employees and there is always someone asking, "Do you need help with anything?" Supervisors go out of their way to make their employees feel appreciated and challenged.
Cons
Just common office communication obstacles, but they are always addressed when brought up.
