      Pros

      At The Retail Connection, you really have no ceiling. If you put in the work, you will see the rewards. There are many knowledgeable employees at this company that are willing to spread their wisdom.

      Cons

      It is a cut throat business, so you have to be willing to make sacrifices in order to make it.
