Active job with lots to do so it doesn’t get boring

Poor management (toxic, racism, controlling) and HR do nothing about it Rotas are always made last minute, and if you ask for specific days off or for holiday they make you feel bad about it or make you make up for it even though its your right. General manager cuts labour and makes staff deal with busy period whilst being understaffed, sometimes don’t even get a break on long shifts because of how understaffed it is. Sometimes doing excessive hours and barely getting days off having to cover shifts, and if you complain, manager makes you listen to how hard her work life is and that ours doesnt compare Most staff left because of toxic management and still nothing has been done about it. No benefits for taking on extra work or reaching goals, forced to get a ridiculous amount of reviews a week (10-20) and told we have no choice (very motivating) Started out to be very diverse but new management sifted out most of the people of colour.

Overworked, lack of transparency, management have clear favourites, very rigid environment
