Pros

The benefits, time off, team

Cons

System office culture that believes they have perfect solutions and unaware of facility problems. Not a lot of growth in the field

Pros

The variety of work and client projects will challenge and reward employees. The company is rapidly changing as the product line shifts from legacy Microsoft Dynamics GP to ERP in the cloud with Sage Intacct. The ERP industry is on the tip of the iceberg when it comes to conversion to (true) cloud applications like Sage Intacct. Catch the wave of this huge shift in the industry!!

Cons

The transition of the legacy Dynamics GP platform will take time and therefore the company has to maintain expertise while also encouraging customers to make the change. It can create some division for those who are not on board the change.

Thank you for your feedback. It is a challenging and exciting time in our industry with the movement to cloud-based ERP solutions, but I believe we have a good strategy in place to take full advantage of the opportunity (which always result from challenges). I love your advice about hiring really good people, and commit to you to do so.

Pros

Great place to endure a borage of micromanagement at each and every turn. Also a great opportunity to study up on statistical information that is helpful to no one.

Cons

Company is just too small and too few resources to actually do much of anything. It’s actually kind of amazing that anything really gets done at all given that the left hand doesn’t even know what the right hand looks like. Poor management fortified with even worse attention to detail and process. Fear tactics seem to be a way of life for these people and the practice of shaming and micromanagement bread disease within the ranks. Surprising that this company has been around for so long as well since it seems to be run like a startup, but even less effective! Definitely want to have both eyes open when considering employment with this company, turnover is very high. Join up today and you too can find out why. P.S. Discrimination against smokers and non-religious people also seems to exist here so BEWARE!!
