      The individuals you support (however the agency never has money or staffing to do what they want). There is rarely staff to keep everyone safe.

      Cons

      Everything! Especially incompetent and clueless management who have no idea what there departments do and will not interact with those who we support. I had to give them one star under ratings as I can't give them zero
