Pros
The Resolution Project is a fantastic nonprofit making some serious impact in the world of social entrepreneurship. The connections and friends I made from this job are unlike any other. You get to travel and meet incredible people from all around the world.
Cons
However, they were growing too fast at my time of employment and the managers had no real management experience and many employees felt underpaid and overworked. It was at times a tenuous working environment that felt like it all all the downsides of both a nonprofit and a startup without any of the benefits.
