Cons
Management is anything but helpful. They write you up for the stupidest things, e.g cell phones, not using your DND feature on your phone when you go to the bathroom, they have a problem with how you dress, what shoes you're wearing, they overwork you and under pay you, if you're done with your work they give you TONS more, and if you aren't done they question why. Very stressful with little pay and insurance you can't afford. Turnover is so high that they had at least 20 people leave within the last year due to micromanagement. The managers have no people skills whatsoever, never appreciate your work but instead they give you more. Never hated a job as much as this one.
