Learning from Chef Richard Blondin, a true master and legend. A chance to explore yourself as a chef. A great overall experience. You will learn something new as chef Richard is always pushing himself.
Cons
Sous chef spends more time talking about employees (and everyone else) behind their back than working, they’ll try to exploit you monetarily with the promise of knowledge. (You will learn but for a low wage.) The FOH staff can’t be bother to to learn the menu yet make your entire paycheck in a single night, while working half the amount of time.
