      Pros

      Its a job, but barely. No support from upper management.

      Cons

      We are always understaffed, they fill in with third party contractors. Most of those people aren't even trained correctly. Patients deserve better than staff who barely speak english and take forever to respond to patient calls. I wouldn't put my parents in here even if it was free.

      Pros

      The residents and some of my coworkers were amazing.

      Cons

      None of this is an exaggeration I promise: HR doesn’t know what they are doing They barely ever hire anyone that’s actually qualified for the job They won’t pay you overtime if you work past midnight and don’t work the next day. They only cares about money and not any of the people who work there. Especially goes for the administrator Way too many residents per nurses/CNAs but they’ll never admit that.
