      Nice residents. Most of the staff were nice aside from leadership.

      Cons

      Terribly managed. Managers are stuck in their ways and resistant to change. Difficult to work with the leadership team.

      The residents and some of my coworkers were amazing.

      Cons

      None of this is an exaggeration I promise: HR doesn’t know what they are doing They barely ever hire anyone that’s actually qualified for the job They won’t pay you overtime if you work past midnight and don’t work the next day. They only cares about money and not any of the people who work there. Especially goes for the administrator Way too many residents per nurses/CNAs but they’ll never admit that.
