Don't have enough time for the workers

The location of the hotel is good

I am confused where to start first of all the boss doesn't know how to run a hotel business since they have taken over from the Leela hotels, the brand value and service have gone down tremendously. The higher management don't know squat about the systems and are extremely abusive which is unprofessional
