Incredibly high turnover rate among management and lower associates, management doesn't care too much for employees considering the high turnover rate. Non-competitive wages compared to similar properties. Minimal opportunity to advance into managerial roles. Everything is micromanaged, making it unnecessarily difficult to resolve very minor issues.
