Pros
Location is in a nice high-rise in Buckhead. Nice views. Work can be done remotely from home as needed and on weekends.
Cons
Senior management is terrible. The physician owner is a self-centered egotistical corporate CEO wanna-be. He puts himself first, at the expense of customers and employees. He has disgusting personal habits - picks his nose, sticks his finger in his ear, burps while in meetings making it difficult to focus on the business issues at hand. The managing partner is an owner of a construction company but invested in TRG and took over managing most aspects. Needless to say, a construction company is much different than a healthcare company, but he continues to manage TRG like it's a construction company. He doesn't appreciate the importance of being patient or customer focused. He care only about the dollar. Also, employee medical and dental insurance gets cancelled at least several times a year due to TRG paying the premium too late. There is always a scramble to pay the premium to reinstate the insurance, but the employees lose confidence in TRG as an employer. The managing partner hires incompetent, unqualified people so he can pay them low and keep them under his control. As long as you are a "yes" person, you will be fine, however, if you are strong enough to voice your opinion or a disagreement, he will not look favorably on you. Finally, this is not a successful company. Never has been. The owner and investor have deep pockets which keeps the company afloat, but long-term, don't hold your breath.
