Great coworkers and amazing experience

Could be a little slow at times

Were flexible with my hours, allowing me to both go to school and work full time. Though that was mainly thanks to my General Manager at my particular store.

No upwards mobility, poor pay, horrible conditions, long hours, Upper management was difficult to reach and slow to respond to emergencies. They put very strict labor requirements on the General Managers causing salaried employees and other managers/shift leads to work long shifts to save on labor. My normal shift was 5am to around 7pm, often by myself in the restaurant for long stretches. Many employees were also given manager responsibilities and even uniforms without officially being promoted or seeing a change in pay.
