I believe Quell has been an excellent company to work for because you get the opportunity to develop your career and immerse yourself in many facets of branding, marketing and digital. The onboarding process is extremely comprehensive. You gain experience working for different industries and solving various marketing challenges. Clients respect the agency and maintain long tenures with them. Management is exceptionally knowledgeable and pushes employees to elevate their work and skill set, and I learned a lot. Quell has a variety of employee functions and celebrations. Peers can nominate a fellow employee for recognition for a job well done. My job description and responsibilities were made clear throughout my employment. I know several former employees who have moved up in their careers due to the diversity of work and experience obtained at Quell. The company environment was highly collaborative and centered around delighting the client. The work was very satisfying, and I enjoyed my journey at Quell. It's a fast-paced environment with multiple client deadlines; you must be self-disciplined, have the skills and stay on top of your game daily. The sheer amount of high-standard branding work the team delivers is impressive. I would highly recommend working at this brilliant, creative company because of the types of branding and marketing work you'll be exposed to and because management is professional, fun to work with and they respect their employees.
