- Constant micromanagement, belittling and red tape from senior managers - 80% of the job description is redundant, you'll be working at a MUCH lower level than you signed up for
- Zero career progression - they purposely push their employees out to get new ones in from competitors, 5 were fired in one department in under a year
- Senior managers will take credit for your work to benefit their own career
- Lack of boundaries - weekend work without it being in your contract, long travel hours for events
- Deliberate fear culture - at least 4 others that I worked with also had feelings of constantly being made to "not ever feel good enough"
- Zero autonomy - don't bother having any form of independent thought or ideas
- Company culture is turning a blind eye to bullying
- Huge amount of time wasting with meetings that are irrelevant for most that are asked to join - most are just to keep senior managers on their pedestal
- Senior managers will make bad decisions, take their team in the wrong direction and give bad instructions but will scapegoat their own team instead of reflecting on their own poor decision making
- Internal communications are HORRIFIC - you get told one thing by your manager, yet it is then contradicted by their manager
- There are NO KPIs, which is on purpose so that they can label anyone a "low performer" with ZERO evidence
- Constant sabotage no matter how good you are at your job, senior managers are all under-qualified and clueless, so will take this out on you whenever they feel threatened by your achievements and skills
