      A good team to work with, management treated me nicely, enjoyed being part of something for the guests.

      Cons

      Long hours but manageable, some communication errors but was rare.

      Pros

      Very flexible with work lot's of options including the chance to use experience from other sources other jobs in the industry

      Cons

      A lot of different rules to learn not like with the first company that I first started with de vere hotels

      Management treats staff pretty fairly. Has decent pay

      Cons

      Drama between departments across all areas. No lunch breaks but it comes with the job of operating the desk, someone has to be there at all times
