Pros
Big name clients Flexible hours Great public health topics
Cons
This company will tell you so much about how much they care about their employees and it’s a family during interviews or company wide meetings but the truth is they are trying to hide the horrible treatment of employees behind unlimited PTOs. They call it a family cuz it’s run by a bunch of Friends and family at the top and treat everyone else as disposable. They make big promises to clients with big words to look impressive on the RFP bids and expect employees to work overtime to achieve unrealistic goals. People are constantly working 10 hours a day. You better negotiate a good starting salary because the highest raise you may get per year is 5% and it’s the highest cuz on an average it’s about 1-2%. The only way to get a raise at this company is to get promoted but their is no professional development jobs and most roles are dead ends with nowhere to move. So people keep leaving and the company doesn’t care and they keep replacing them with younger people with less experience so they can get them at a lower salary.
