Pros

The Proven Method is perfect for fresh graduates! The starting salary is descent and you'll get big raise for second year if you deliver great work. I joined as a software developer and I got the opportunities to work on all kinds of different technology stacks. The company takes great care of employees and treats everyone like family members. Great work life balance, frequent team lunch and also free pizza once/twice a week. :)

Cons

For international students, you probably realize that the US immigration law is getting tougher and tougher under current political climate. While the company has terrific work environment, you can't ignore the fact that it's going to be very hard for small companies to sponsor H1B visa or green card. Sadly for me, I had to move on to grad school after I used up all my OPT.

Pros

-No butheads. Everyone seems to get along really well -Convenient location (Buckhead) -Decent pay -Not a lot of restrictions on how you do things (big plus as a developer) -Very little red tape -Lots of flexibility for emergencies -Job security due to parent company -Great place to learn/practice AGILE/SCRUM

Cons

-Extremely unfocused company. No clear direction -'Upstairs' and 'Basement' folk know nothing about each other (despite what management may try to claim otherwise) -Downstairs has large windows. They face a brick wall. Old building -Security guard takes his job way too seriously. You'll understand the second you get there ... -Extremely slow paced (until its not, then its fast paced) -Office manager is ... eh ... not the friendliest person. -Horrific marketing (Thankfully its being worked on) -Due to job security from parent company, there seems to be a lot of complacency -Office is seriously outdated. Pictures of technology from the 80's - Seriously? Thought were were 'cutting edge'? Don't think a framed photo of LISA next to a photo of a 1980's router is winning anyone over -ABSENCE OF COMPANY CULTURE.
