      Pros

      Very professional as they only hire the best of the best project practitioners which means they pay extremely well and you are confident that you have the support you need when in on a client site.

      Cons

      It is very hard to get on board due to the high standard but if you have a minimum of a bachelors degree in project management you are highly regarded, better if you have a masters of PM.

      Smaller company so there is probably not as many opportunities to move around like the larger ones
