Pros
There are pros and cons to working for a small company....normally. The only "Pro" was that the owner paid for my HR Certificate course.
Cons
*Poor Pay *Job duties goes far outside the job description. I was hired for AR, but also ended up responsible for creating quotes, billing, inventory, and other things. *The management there was a liar and she along with another employee would fabricate lies to tell customers when THEY messed up. Zero integrity. Favoritism.
