      Somewhat disorganized, no ongoing training, no continuity of care (inadequate shift reports at times), no holiday pay or shift differential, feels like bare minimum care is given to residents

      Coworkers, can be creative, left to do work without being micromanaged, location

      Cons

      Fired entire previous staff under a new ED and then he left a few months after I was hired. Staff had been there for years and were highly capable, and were laid off without ceremony or appreciation. Then, when COVID-19 hit, they fired the entire new staff with deception and under false pretenses.
