I've worked in several different industries for several different organizations and I can confidently say the people at Pinnacle are what make it extraordinary. From the "top down" people truly care and there are so many benefits to show. Just to name a few examples: flex time, profit sharing, paid health insurance plan, company events, work life balance - the writing is on the wall that the team at Pinnacle cares. If you are someone who just wants an "easy" job with a ton of perks and no accountability - this is not the place for you. From my perspective it really comes down to your personal ethos. If you are a hard worker, you will thrive. This company is constantly taking feedback and making improvements.

With 100+ employees, you naturally won't know every person BUT the company provides a variety of events and activities for you to opt-in and get to know people better.
