Upper management is supportive, encouraging, and always willing to help, which creates a really positive and collaborative culture across the team. The intern program is another standout — it provides real opportunities for local creatives to come in, gain hands-on experience, and learn in a real-time studio environment. Overall, it’s a workplace that genuinely supports creativity, growth, and community.

Better parking for staff would be helpful.
