Pros
I met a few interesting people here, but even that does not make up for the experience. Applying for a position here will likely be one of the biggest regrets you can make.
Cons
- Work life balance was essentially nonexistent due to constant overloading of responsibilities. - Management forced employess to take on multiple roles outside their job descriptions instead of hiring adequate staff. - Workloads were overwhelming, hours were long, and expectations were unrealistic and unrelenting. - Compensation is insultingly low and completely disconnected from the amount of work required. - Employees receive no benefits and no performance bonuses despite constant pressure to do more. - There is very little opportunity for advancement, making long term growth impossible. - The overall environment feels stagnant, exhausting, and deeply discouraging.
