      Great experience, excellent stepping stone to further careers

      Cons

      Management willing to point fingers of blame / look away from issues, no accountability, 'my way or the high way' attitude, if your face (or gender) doesn't fit you'll have a rough time, 0% respect for anyone who is new to the industry.

      -Great work colleagues at my store -Easy product to sell, most customers know what they want and come for the prices

      Cons

      -Low pay -Not many opportunities to progress beyond store manager level -Lack of variety in the type of work at the store level
