Pros
The Perfect Workout has the most supportive and genuine executive team that I have ever experienced. They honestly exemplify their company core values, and encourage the whole TPW team to do the same. When I was hired, I knew I would love training members, and helping people reach their goals, but I did not expect to love working for a company so much. Expectations, processes, and procedures are clear. There are software systems set up to keep everything organized, so everyone is on the same page about clients, and to keep all communication documented, accessible, and easy--with each other, as well as our members. The pay seems very low at first, but the commission and bonus structure is set up brilliantly, so that trainers who put in the work can make good money. Plus, there are plenty of opportunities to move up within the company. I would definitely recommend TPW to anyone who wants to make a difference in people's lives, and contribute to the success of an amazing company.
