      Pros

      This job is amazing if you love interacting with people, being resourceful, and finding solutions. Depending on the owners/ manager this could be fun and enjoyable. I worked for this company for 6 years.

      Cons

      Pay sucks! Again, depending on the owners/ managers expectations are typically too high and unrealistic. I've seen management cut corners when it comes to business expenses.

After doing extensive research, we’ve found that our benefit and compensation packages are fair compared to other companies in our industry. We apologize you feel that our manager’s expectations are too high and unrealistic. We encourage our employees to change as many lives as we can through our slow-motion strength training method.       I work with a truly amazing team. I feel like the company values are in line with my own. I think the executive team is innovative; I also feel they truly listen to individual team members and take into account their experience when making decisions.

      Cons

      For my role, this is not a particularly high-paying job.
