Pros

I've been with TPW for nearly six years. What keeps me here? The method, culture, and ability to advance within the company. Also, the client are awesome and it's unbelievably gratifying to hear clients tell you they are now able to do the things that they love all because you helped them get stronger in the process. Our culture is effortlessly built under the foundation of trust and teamwork. We uphold our core company values and can speak openly and honestly to one another. That's pretty rad!

Cons

Trainers who are not as passionate about changing peoples' lives. =(

Pros

I work with a truly amazing team. I feel like the company values are in line with my own. I think the executive team is innovative; I also feel they truly listen to individual team members and take into account their experience when making decisions.

Cons

For my role, this is not a particularly high-paying job.
