The only con isn’t even a con of the company, rather some of the clients are unwilling to be pushed beyond what they feel their limitations are, which can be a bit frustrating.

I work with a truly amazing team. I feel like the company values are in line with my own. I think the executive team is innovative; I also feel they truly listen to individual team members and take into account their experience when making decisions.

Pay was minimum wage with no commissions. I was selling expensive packages really well but didn’t get a cut.
