      Pros

      The culture at PDC is one of collaboration and positive energy. I learn something new every day. The management team is interested in staff member input and follows through. I am compensated very well. Everyone at PDC is genuine. It is fun going to work.

      Cons

      It is a little further away from where I live than I would have liked to work, but the day makes the commute worth it.
