- Pay is to be desired: It's a smaller company, that is growing, located in Seattle. Pay will be understandably a little less than at fortune 500 companies. However, they have never done a cost of living raise since I have been with the company, and merit raises are few and far between.
- Working from home full time is only available to a couple of employees.
- IRA match is only 3%, when pay is on the lower side, this doesn't amount to much.
