Starting pay was not great

There are no pros to working fot them. It's simply not worth it.

1) Extremely toxic environment; 2)Unrealistic targets and overall expectations; 3)Toxic competion; 4) Passive-Aggressive treatment toward employees; 5) Lack of consideration and Lack of recognition for the employees efforts.
