      Complete freedom of action, motivated team, take as much responsibility as you can. Nice bonuses and remote work. In general, everything you need for a modern company

      Cons

      I'd like a little more time off. Public holidays are not taken into account at the moment.

      They pay you a salary, which is good.

      Cons

      No KPIs, no strategy, toxic environment, you can't advance in your career if you don't know anybody in the top management. Proactivity is not welcomed. No mistakes are allowed. HR always support the management no matter what happens.
