Pros

You can become a poor volunteer with high working hours, you can learn all the things because all of the job duties is yours.

Cons

You will not have enough money but your supervisor and boss always show you how they luxury and how they are free as they always go outside to play, so you must help them to punch / check in and out of their attend record.

Pros

At the branch level the team members are very supportive & work as a team.

Cons

But the problem is the corporate team tries to direct the company in such a way that they feel they are the ones who is running the show. Their Job is finance but they are highly involved in logistics ground level operations. More than a logistics company this a finance driven company in which the corporate finance team believes in a divide and rule policy. With absolute NIL knowledge of operations and the time required to complete a task they are the one who decide how much time an employee should be working in an organization. If the employee sits in the office for a longer nos or hours they believe that the employee is non productive but they do not understand that there is a shortage of staff for which the corporate HR has to come up with a solution. They are the one who decides what is good and what is bad for the company with zero knowledge on market information. I had successfully worked for this organization for many nos of years and have even been appreciated by the top management and customers as well for my dedicated and committed work but at the same time have seen many management changes due to lack of support from the corporate finance team. I feel if no support is still manageable but if they create hurdles by back biting things will be very difficult for any good performer. Last and the worst thing I can ever believe a company can do is they had even gone to an extent of terminating a 3 months pregnant female on the grounds of non performance. Viewers can understand what best they can expect from such companies.
