      Working with a diverse group of clients keeps employees engaged and challenged, which is fantastic. OTG’s structured approach and proactive mindset keeps the amount of emergency work to a minimum and avoids burnout. Additionally, the small business, family-oriented environment fosters a healthy work-life balance, making coming to work enjoyable. Leadership cares about me personally and professionally and encourages growth. If I have an idea or interest, I receive the necessary resources and opportunities to develop and pursue it.

      - Insanely competent and knowledgeable team with combined decades of experience in IT - Fun and laid back team able to joke and be friendly with each other throughout the day which makes work go much faster - Everyone pulls their weight and is eager to help and teach others to improve the baseline of people's knowledge - Hands down, the best work environment I have had the pleasure of working in
