* Great work life balance * Team environment. No job is too big or too small for anyone. * Management really cares about their employees. * Use of technology to improve productivity. If you are sick - you can work from home and still get your job done without making everyone else in the office sick. In the winter, working from home in inclement weather reduces commuting stress. * Sincerity. From the moment I arrived for my first interview, I could tell that this company was different in the sense that people didn't just say that it was a good place to work because they "should". They said it is a good place to work because they truly meant it.

* No summer hours. However, being in the service industry I can see how it is not really possible Other than this - no other cons. I've worked at other companies - large and small and this is by far the best company I've ever worked for.
