Great benefits, overall good company values and vision; you can be very proud of many of the brands and products from J&J. Top notch R&D
Cons
Company values do not filter down to all business units; lots of politics and backstabbing to get ahead. The downside to J&J training is that it creates people who are not open to other points of view or ideas.
