Pros

The people who work at the Nation Traffic are on the whole pretty great. Most of the staff is friendly and nice to work with. The staff are a mix of people from many different countries making the atmosphere very diverse. The company either will through an annual all out party or take the entire company on a trip for 2 days and these are always amazing and fun and really boost moral.

Cons

The company seem to have a policy that everyone is replaceable, which leaves staff feeling like they don't mean much to the company. It is very hard to get promoted, especially as a woman. The pay is not amazing compared to other similar companies in the same industry. Moral has not been too great as of late since there was a lot of people who quit recently.

Pros

Wealthy company with big budgets that allows experimenting with less obvious solutions. In VERY good times - some bonuses are given (though small). Very nice facilities (both offices of the company). Very good growth potential (in terms of market status and size).

Cons

The senior management is bad in many ways: - The way they lay people off - Sharing and consulting with mid management and employees - A lot of unnecessary spending - No obvious path for promotion - A LOT of false promising by the management for existing employees (to keep them) and new employees (to recruit them) in terms of salary, company status, atmosphere, promotions and well being. - Management keep the cards close. - Low to Average salaries for employees (better for mid management) - Incompetent people in key positions, without proper knowledge or management skills. - High demands but limited resources The cons stated above are felt in many departments (both in the the marketing & operations and support division).
