Good for starting and moving elsewhere. Cafeteria for lunch. Typical office environment

Very obvious it wasnt a place to grow a career. Didn’t get the sense I was going to be trained and develop into anything else; barely ever spoke to my manager who was some kid in his mid 20s. What would some kid still wet behind the ears know about managerial skills and leading a team?
