- good starting place to work here 1 to 2 years straight form college - OK benefits - many nice and friendly coworkers - summer hours - option to work from home sometimes

- no clear direction, unsure of it's direction - constantly changing business model - departments and people despairing without any explanation - trust and job security are major issues - no innovation
