Company Shake-Ups - Anonymous employee The NPD Group Employee Review

There have been a lot of shake-ups and layoffs within the Chicago offices and they have not been addressed by corporate or upper management. This has caused a shift in the workplace morale and has left most people feeling uneasy and panicked about their own jobs. NPD has usually been fairly transparent about goals, revenue etc., but this seems to be a bit unprofessional.
