Pros
The size of the company is no mere indication of the team and their strength. These guys are awesome! Nicki and Ronnie are the best, as leaders of the company they do an amazing job, consistently taking the time to catch up with everyone on the team to ensure they all have the tools needed to be successful and feel supported. They continually give honest and open advice, while also providing encouragement. They excel at their jobs and truly care about everyone they work with whether it is a team member, candidate or client. This reigns true for the rest of the team as well, as a whole the team is made up of supportive, highly experienced and successful professionals who dedicate their careers to helping their candidates and clients succeed and thrive.
The NLP Group is one of my first stops as I enter into my professional career and it has been a great one! It has been an understanding, supportive and positive work environment that has allowed me to learn and grow so much in a short period of time. I can only hope that my future career will provide me with a work environment as great as this one.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any major cons. If you are willing to put in the time and effort needed to be successful this is a great place to be.
