Great products- that work well for advertisers- never felt like I was being pushy or overally agressive when calling on prospective clients because I knew it would work for them. Lots of options for every advertiser- small to large. Big office with very diverse staff. They are very involved in the local community, always tons of fun events going on. Lots of great people on the team.

The industry- while I think The Morning Call has a great job in diversifying it's portfolio of products (digital,direct mail, ect).... newspaper revenue is declining.
