      There aren't many pros worthy mentioning.

      Cons

      They hire as predators, exploit you and then fire you when they see it fit. Without respecting terms of contracts nothing. I urge to all of those reading this to not try work for these guys, you will get hugely disappointed.

      It is a good company with an average Salary. It provides retreats and other parties to collaborate and endorse communication between employees.

      Not much ability to grow.
