      Pros

      If you suck up enough to the egotistical CEO and work 60 hours a week you might just get a promotion.

      Cons

      Every other week there is an “organizational change” with someone who was given the option to “resign”. The CEO and COO are bullies who are only interested in making a name for themselves and making money. Top heavy and full of administrators and directors. Constantly reorganizing divisions so you never know who you are going to report to on any given day.

      Great communication throughout the levels. Opportunities for advancement. Management listens to lower level employees to find area of improvement.

      Usually busy, great money, unique place to work, very nice employees

      Cons

      Management plays favorites, operates on low staff, CEO made space for a former manager who quit and wanted to return only to find that manager stole from the company and employees for an extended time, No HR department which created issues all over
