Prior to the acquisition we undertook a team expansion program to enhance our capabilities. We remain excited about growing our team in other regions to help address talent shortages and provide 24/7 service delivery. This approach has always been about strengthening our capabilities and ensuring the best possible outcomes for both our clients and our teams. As with any growing business, we will continue to review how we scale responsibly, but any future changes would be driven by business needs, communicated early, and handled with transparency and respect. Our focus right now is stability, continuity, and supporting our existing team. Our CEO and executive team remain committed to transparency and to making decisions that prioritise our people.
