      Pros

      ATG really emphasizes its efforts to keep employees happy and satisfied; HR consistently checks in, benefits are fantastic, snacks are free and sometimes surprise snacks are to be had! Promotions from within appear to be common, which is motivating and encouraging.

      Cons

      The work is challenging which would be completely fine, provided training were more up to par with it.
